The wines - Previous vintages

I am sorry for being really behind with this section, but I am working on it! It is my New Year's resolution to finish this as soon as possible, with all he information you might want to know about older vintages :-)

"Pretty.cold" 2018

A methode ancestrale  sparkling wine, a field blend of Királyleányka, Rhine Riesling, Hárslevelű and a bit of Furmint. 

"(In) Return" 2018

It is a field blend of Rhine Riesling and Királyleányka, but more of the latter. The grapes were macerated in whole bunches only for 24 hours then pressed and fermented spontaneously. The wine spent long time on the fine lees, it has not been aged in wood, has not been filtered or fined. 

"Óra" 2018

Királyleányka, Rhine Riesling, Hárslevelű and Furmint in a field blend, macerated for 5 days in open cask, destemmed, finished the fermentation in tank. No wood, no filtration or fining.

"The Wizard" 2018

Királyleányka, Rhine Riesling, Hárslevelű and Furmint in a field blend, macerated for one day in open cask, destemmed, finished the fermentation in tank. No wood, no filtration or fining.

"Eastern Accents" 2018

This wine is a cuvée of 5 days skin macerated Hárslevelű and  hand - destemmed, 2 weeks semi-carbonic macerated Királyleányka. No wood, no filtration or fining.

"A Change of Heart" 2018

Kékfrankos macerated for 2 weeks, with 20 % whole bunches.
